Author registration
At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the work for it to be considered for the conference proceedings.
BISA-2027 · Authors and delegates
Registration is required for authors presenting accepted papers and for delegates attending the conference. BISA-2027 will be held in hybrid mode, with in-person and online participation.

Payment
Use only the official BISA-2027 payment portal once it is announced. Do not send credit or debit card details by email.
Additional authors and pages
Additional paper, co-author, and extra-page charges will be published with the confirmed fee schedule. Papers should follow the 10–12 page guidance on the CRC Templates & Guidelines page.
Choose your presentation mode
Presenters may participate in person or online, according to the selected registration category and the BISA-2027 programme.
Keep your payment confirmation
Save a copy or screenshot of the payment confirmation for your records. Contact the conference team if you have a payment query.
Deadlines and cancellations
Complete payment by the registration deadline once it is announced. Cancellation and refund conditions will be published with the official payment terms.
What registration includes
In-person participation
Access to the opening session, keynote and invited talks, paper presentation sessions, networking, conference lunch and refreshments, conference materials, and a participation or presentation certificate. Accommodation is not included.
Online participation
Online access to the opening session, keynote and invited talks, and paper presentation sessions, plus a participation or presentation certificate delivered by email after the conference.
