Please review the refund conditions before registering. Registration fees support conference administration and are subject to the conditions below.

Cancellations and changes

A registration cancellation without a valid reason is not eligible for a refund.
A request to change from physical to online participation may be considered when the registered delegate gives the organisers advance notice and a valid reason. A change of participation mode does not by itself qualify for a refund.
If a visa application is unsuccessful, contact the organisers promptly. Where the programme permits, online participation may be offered; visa outcomes do not automatically qualify a registrant for a refund.

For an apparent duplicate or erroneous payment, email info@icbisa.com with the payment confirmation reference and a brief explanation.
After review, an eligible correction or refund may take at least 15 working days to process. The organisers may offer a credit for a future event where appropriate.
Keep the payment confirmation until your query is resolved. Never email full card details or security codes.

Include your name, registration or paper reference, transaction date, and payment confirmation when contacting the team. Requests are reviewed individually and the organisers will reply using the contact details supplied.
