Editorial guidelines for camera-ready copy

Template, length & final files

  • Prepare the paper with the Springer template and keep it between 10 and 12 pages. Papers shorter than 10 pages will not be considered; additional page charges may apply beyond 12 pages.
  • Use a consistent heading and subheading hierarchy from the Springer template. IEEE templates and double-column layouts are not accepted for the camera-ready copy.
  • Check source files for hidden text, stray characters, and other unintended content.
  • Include each author’s name, affiliation, and email address. Use the institution or organisation name, city, state where applicable, and country; omit job titles. Mark the corresponding author with an asterisk (*).
  • Do not include author biographies or photographs at the end of the paper.
  • Keep the title, author order, names, affiliations, and email addresses consistent across the PDF, Word file, and LaTeX source.
  • For LaTeX submissions, provide the complete source as a ZIP archive with all figures, tables, and other required files, together with a text file.
  • The final CRC is used to prepare the programme, certificates, souvenir, and proceedings. Do not upload this final version to the initial paper-submission portal.

Originality, permissions & ethical practice

  • Submit original work written by the authors, not machine-generated. It must not have been published or submitted to another conference proceedings, book chapter, or journal.
  • Use your own text, figures, and tables, or obtain permission from the rights holder. Clearly acknowledge reused material and cite its source.
  • When image or data permissions cannot be evidenced by a source citation, include an author responsibility declaration before the References section confirming that permission has been obtained and that the authors accept responsibility for any future dispute.
  • Keep the overall similarity score within 20%, with no single source above 4%.

English language & readability

  • Proofread the complete paper for grammar, spelling, and correct English usage.
  • Use clear sentence structure and connected paragraphs. Revise passages that are difficult to follow or read unnaturally.

Title, abstract & keywords

  • Check that the title and abstract are distinct and have not already been published by you or another author.
  • Use a specific, informative title that communicates the paper’s contribution rather than a short project or dissertation label.
  • Write the abstract as a single, coherent section without subheadings or unrelated phrases.
  • Provide three to five keywords after the abstract.

Figures, tables & equations

  • Prepare figures at 800 dpi and ensure any text in them remains clear and readable.
  • Provide tables as editable content, not as images.
  • Create mathematical equations as editable MathType equations; do not submit them as plain text, images, or table objects.
  • Number every figure, table, and equation consistently and cite each one in the paper body. Add clear, self-explanatory captions to figures and tables.

References & citations

  • Provide complete reference details, including publication year, volume, issue, page numbers, and the conference, journal, or book title where applicable.
  • Ensure every cited source exists, is relevant, and can be verified. Avoid fabricated references and unnecessary self-citation.
  • Cite every entry in the References section in the paper body, placing citations close to the information they support.
  • Credit published work explicitly. Mark any exact wording reproduced from a source with quotation marks.
