BISA-2027 · Conference Information

Authors preparing a BISA-2027 camera-ready paper should follow the prescribed proceedings template and ensure the manuscript is accurate, original, readable, and ready for production.

01

Template, length, and files

  • Use the conference-prescribed proceedings template and apply a consistent heading and subheading style. Do not substitute an unrelated two-column template.
  • Follow the page limits and any extra-page charges published for BISA-2027. Check the latest CRC instructions before finalising the manuscript.
  • Include complete author names, affiliations, and email addresses, and mark the corresponding author as instructed. Keep this information consistent in all submitted formats.
  • Remove hidden text and unwanted characters. If submitting LaTeX sources, include required figure, table, and supporting files in the requested archive format.
  • Do not add author biographies or photographs unless the conference instructions explicitly request them.
02

Originality and research ethics

  • Submissions must be original, author-created research and must not duplicate work already published or under consideration elsewhere in a way that violates the submission rules. The reference policy excludes machine-generated paper content.
  • Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reuse third-party text, figures, tables, images, and data, and for crediting the original sources.
  • The reference conference advises a similarity score no greater than 20%, with no single source above 4%. Similarity reports are one part of editorial review and do not replace ethical assessment.
  • All claims, evidence, and data should be represented honestly. Content that fails originality, quality, or ethical checks may be excluded from the proceedings workflow.
03

Writing, title, abstract, and keywords

  • Proofread the manuscript for grammar, spelling, clarity, and professional academic style.
  • Choose a specific title that accurately describes the contribution. Ensure the abstract is relevant, self-contained, and free from unrelated material or subheadings unless the template requires them.
  • Provide three to five focused keywords after the abstract and check that the title and abstract do not duplicate previously published work.
04

Figures, tables, equations, and references

  • Prepare clear, high-resolution figures and make all text within them readable. Number and cite each figure, table, and equation in the manuscript and provide descriptive captions.
  • Tables should remain editable. Equations should use an editable equation format compatible with the proceedings workflow.
  • Verify that every reference is genuine, complete, and cited in the text. Provide publication details such as year, venue, volume, issue, and pages where applicable, and cite sources near the supported claims.
05

Final production review

  • Respond carefully to publisher or editorial queries and review proofs promptly. Material that fails the publisher’s final production or ethical checks may be omitted from the proceedings; registration fees are not guaranteed to be refundable in that situation.
