BISA-2027 authors should prepare final papers according to the conference’s camera-ready instructions and respond promptly to editorial and publisher queries.
01
Editorial and publisher decisions
- Publication depends on authors completing requested corrections, queries, and proofreading during production. The publisher may decline work that does not meet its quality, scope, or ethical requirements.
- Where a publisher declines a paper during production, registration-fee refunds are not guaranteed.
02
Indexing
- The conference and organisers do not guarantee that a paper will be indexed in any particular database. Indexing services make their own independent decisions and may change their coverage criteria.
03
Publication timeline
- Publication timelines are determined by the publisher’s production process and are not fixed. Processing may take around 9–10 months after the conference or longer if publisher queries, author corrections, or other production requirements are delayed.
04
Camera-ready requirements
- Authors should submit the final camera-ready files using the required template and submission instructions. The final version may be used to prepare the programme and proceedings; follow the CRC page for the correct delivery method.
